About Us

Wichita Restaurant Supply was founded in 1939 and has been locally owned and operated ever since. In January 1981, Jim and Sandy Hay purchased an ownership stake in the company, becoming full owners in November 1985. For over 35 years, the Hays and our associates have continued a tradition of serving the local foodservice community with knowledge and dependability.

When Jim Hay passed away in April 2022, Sandy continued to manage the organization. It was her desire and effort that helped us continue to thrive as a viable part of downtown Wichita Falls and the town’s go-to dealer for foodservice equipment and small wares.

In March 2023, Ace Mart Restaurant Supply announced the acquisition of Wichita Restaurant Supply, providing you with more benefits including a wider range of inventory, better pricing on trusted brands, and an extensive amount of services to better support you. To this day Wichita Falls remains family-owned and focused on helping you succeed in your culinary journey.
